Over the years of expansion, Lankenau Hospital evolved to the point that users could not differentiate the specific areas of the hospital. AGS developed a wayfinding system to support the diverse group of visitors. AGS collaborated with ex;it to study how people experience the hospital’s environment and understand how to provide improvements and enhance the healthcare delivery system. A pre-arrival package contains a detailed list of directions to assist patients and visitors find their destination.
