Phase I: Discovery & Site Audit
We begin with thorough research and analysis to understand the goals and expectations of your signage solution. We engage in comprehensive scope meetings to align on site plans, architectural finishes, and more. Then we conduct a site audit to finalize project requirements, including signage types and quantities.
Phase II: Signage Concept Design
We develop site specific concept designs illustrating recommendations for layout, materials, finishes, typography, colors, maintenance, and flexibility for growth. During this phase especially, we strive to maintain fiscal responsibility to ensure cost-effective building signage design outcomes.
Phase III: Design Intent Documentation
We further develop and optimize components of your signage program by refining initial designs, including materials, decorative elements, typography, color finishes, and fabrication and mounting methods. Confirming the schedule and budget, we continue to finalize the design prior to fabrication.
Phase IV: Implementation
We create fully realized shop drawings with needed materials, fabrication specifications, color matching, and details for installation. Then we proceed to our in-house signage fabrication process, offering a direct line of communication between our front office team and production plant. Our team of installers coordinate with the site to install the product on your schedule.
